Ha! I’m not sure it’s call cool, or cruel. This is a special fly swatter design just to humiliate fly by branding the swatter “Now fly Has a Chance”. They know fly wouldn’t get a chance to live on after we have set a target to kill ‘em!
1:1000 means every one thousand of flies, only 1 fly going to escape from the deathly fly swatter. Pretty funny though since fly are annoying. The hole in the center of fly swatter is specially designed for one per thousand escape route.
Anyway, the hole is pretty big though… I guess a “little just born fly” would lucky enough to get through the hole-with-crosshair when you call a strike on ‘em.
