New Archos 9 Tablet PC – The Power UMPC
After the Archos 3 MP3 Player announced, Archos has gone wild with another announcement of their latest Archos 9 Tablet PC, a UMPC at the convenience of your hand.
Archos 9 has comes with a large 9-inch LCD screen with up to 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. You will get a Intel Atom Z515 processor inside this Archos 9 for fast processing, up to 1GB RAM for running your tasks, built in 802.11 b/g WiFi to go online on preferred hotspot, as well as a 3G connectivity to go online via SIM card, 1.3 MP webcam for video chatting, VGA out and built-in DVB TV tuner to watch your local TV channels.
Judging from the image, you may have known that Archos 9 UMPC is running under Windows 7, It’s lucky not Vista, so probably you won’t face any strange things in this new system provided by Microsoft. Oh, it also comes with a pretty large storage of 120GB hard drive. Enough to store your favorite movie and play it on the go.
Archos 9 Tablet PC will be available starting this October with estimated price of $700 (CrunchGear said it should be lower than $500). Better starting saving if you want to have one of this cool Mini PC.
