Finally, Lite-On has made up a new slim externla DVD writer which is dubbed as eTAU108. If you need to compare to the previous version of Lite-On external DVD writer, this Lite-On eTAU108 seems to be having a better design, rounded corners and it’s also available in two color options of Pearl white and Piano black.
Lite-On eTAU108 External DVD writer features USB connection like the previous, and it has slightly better in reading speed for several media such as 8x for DVD-R/+R and DVD+RW, 6x for DVD-R/+R DL, 5x for DVD-RAM and 24x for CD-R/RW.
Lite-On eTAU108 External DVD Writer will start selling on September with price tag of €45 or about $63 US.
