High-Voltage Power Line Checker Robot

Soon checking power cable problems on the high-voltage power lines would be not as dangerous as now because Japan’s company (Kansai Electric Power Co.) is developing a new robotic crew to climb the power lines without human interference. This new robot will climb and crawl the high voltage power lines and inspect several cables at once. Beside save more time, no human will be the sacrifice. Dubbed as HiBot, The robot would be released as soon as the prototype successfully tested with low failure rate.
