Solar Powered Hat and Gloves: Probably Won’t Heat Your Head Much

A German designer name Yiran Qian has designed a cute hat and gloves with solar panels stitched with pattern that looks like a sharp flowers. It looks cool and stylish, but I guess it’s not really effective in producing power for the inner heater to warm your head and hands. Why? It’s because the solar panels that stitched to the hat and gloves are too small to generate enough power to make your entire head and hand to feel the warmness.

However, according to Yiran Qian, the idea of this concept is to distributed the heat to a specific location instead of heating the entire hat and glove. So you will be able to heat your fingertips instead of the palm, or you can heat your ears instead of your scalp. Sounds interesting.
