Sony Introduces Cyber-shot Camera with Sweep Panorama

Sweep panaroma is the latest technology introduced for Digital camera to help user snapping pictures continuously on a horizontal position to get a super wide image. In the past, we’ll have to take a several times of pictures and join them up using image editing software like Photoshop. But the editing is eliminated with the Sweep panorama technology.

Sony, who also end up using this technology on their HX1, TX1 and WX1 CMOS cameras has also stuffed the Sweep panorama technology to their newly launched Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W370 and DSC-W350 digital camera. The camera can provide 243 (DSC-W350) and 268 (DSC-W370) degree of panorama shots in one easy press-and-sweep on the scenery that you want to capture.

To assist user on viewing and capturing images, Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W370 has been equipped with 7x long zoom Carl Zeiss lens and 3-inch LCD display panel. Meanwhile, The W350 version will get 4x zoom carl zeiss wide angle 26mm lens and a smaller LCD display at 2.7-inch only.

Both cameras have been accompanied by Optical SteadyShot image stabilization, can record 720p movie, while the DSC-W370 has HDMI output.

Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W350 and DSC-W370 will be priced at $200 and $230, respectively.
