Sony Unveils Vaio Z Series Ultraportable Notebooks

Sooner or later, Sony is going to have a wide range of series starting from A series to Z series. Well, why not? After releasing their VAIO Y series ultraportable notebook, sony has coming up with another series called with the last alphabet ‘Z’.

This series comes with three different models (VAIO VPCZ11Z9E and VAIO VPCZ11X9E, the VAIO VPCZ11Z9E) with the differences on their processor speed. All of them are carrying the Core i7-620m processors with speed vary between 2.4 to 3.33GHZ, DDR3 RAM between 4GB to 6GB, and Quad SSD from 128GB to 256GB.

Sony VAIO Z series have NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M graphics, 13.1-inch LED display, depend on the model it can support up to 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.

The starting price for Sony VAIO Z series ultraportable notebooks are $1,000, and you can get yourself one in March 2010.
