Expect to see this cute little graphic logo in the upcoming Google Android version and phones. Codename as the ‘Gingerbread’, Google Android is going to move ahead for its perfection. I’ll love to munch some of the ‘bread’ if it is available, but sadly it’s only a name for Google Android 2.6.33 or 2.6.34 version.
Google’s Android Linux kernel guru Brian Swetland revealed the name in a discussion on LWN.net based on Android kernels. We now have the name of the next two builds, in the way of: “This week we’re finalizing our move to 2.6.32 for the Android “Froyo” release, and we’ll likely be on .33 or .34 for “Gingerbread”.” Thoughts for “H”? So another sugar rush from Google, but nothing of substance quite yet. Should we even bother thinking up names for “H”?
