The ‘Arc’ name for Sony Motion Controller is getting a positive feedback from Sony Japan because they’ve recently filed the PlayStation Arc trademark in Japan. There have been some name associated with the Sony motion controller but ‘Arc’ is getting the serious attention from Sony themselves.
This is only a trademark, and there is no confirmed fact from Sony that the Trademark will be associated with their Motion controller yet. However, if things going in a smooth way, we should expect to see Sony Motion Controller appear in this Spring 2010 as promised in the E3 exhibition.
