Intel Outs Atom D425 and D525 processors

Intel has inserted more Atom CPUs to its existing line. There are two new Atom codename, the Atom D425 and D525 that has the ‘core’ distinction. Intel Atom D425 get one core while Atom D525 is dual core. What’s good in this version of Atom CPU is the support of DDR3 RAM for netbook computer.

It’s been awhile netbook stick on the DDR2 and it’s time for them to goes faster with the DDR3 standard. Both of the Atom D425 and D525 are 1.8Ghz clock speed with 512KB and 1MB of L2 cache. It’s just sounds right for office works, but not for gaming mode.
