LG Electronics Unofficially Intros Optimus 7 Smartphones At the IFA 2010


LG is currently showing off their Windows Phone 7 smartphones, a.k.a. the Optimus 7 or E900 at the IFA trade show in Berlin. This smartphone is a QWERTY type, and boost the ability to share multimedia files (HD video, High quality image and music) easily to other DLNA complaint device that residing in the same WiFi zone.



So how easy in sharing files between devices? Exactly like the above picture, all you have to do is drag your media files and throw/slide it upward to the screen (e.g. a DLNA HDTV is in front of you) and the media files will start playing in that device immediately.

“This unique feature is a direct response to the growing need for technologies that empower users to share multimedia content across electronic devices,” said Mr. Seong-jin Park, Vice President of Mobile Handset R&D Center at LG Electronics Inc. “LG Optimus 7 smartphones will be at the center of a complete entertainment experience, representing LG’s leadership in mobile convergence.”

LG Optimus 7 Windows Phone 7 smartphone is expected to become available next month on October 2010.
