We have received the rumor that Nook Color is coming soon. And yes, it seems so. Just about a couple hours ago, guys at CNET has managed to grab a picture of the new Nook Color (sent by an Anonymous Tipster, again), not from the Barnes & Noble themselves, but it’s from the accessories maker whose in charge of producing screen protector for the new Nook color.
The screen protector is called Nook Color Screen Film Kit, sold by third party in B&N website and the link has been taken down since few hours ago. The image above is not explained or describe by the tipster, so it would possibly a mock-up by expert in photography. However, it should clear telling us that The new Nook Color won’t have any primary and secondary display anymore. The two display has been merged, resulting in a big wide area of touchscreen (the entire screen).
The button-less design on the image also telling us about the full interaction with the screen, and much likely it will become another type of iPad that uses e-ink color display technology. This is all guessing, the true fact will be unveiled by Barnes & Noble tomorrow (Tuesday), so let’s wait for the official announcement before judging further. Stay tuned for this update.
