I hope you would still remember that Kin One and Kin Two smartphones that never had chance to surface in the market. Many would have thought that these handsets that targeting younger market by Microsoft has R.I.P. and long gone. However, It seems Microsoft has just resurrected them from their grave and gave them new name.
The reason for Kin One and Kin Two to lost the battle before starting is the lack of key features, not really that smart when compared to other smartphones in the market. But with the transition from Windows Mobile to Windows Phone 7 OS, Microsoft has revived them and changed their name from Kin ONE to Kin ONEm and Kin TWO to Kin TWOm.
These handsets are currently available via Verizion Wireless with price at $20 (Kin ONEm) and $50 (Kin TWOm) with 2 year contract.
However, the even Microsoft has given a new name for the handsets. The key features remain the same as the old one. Will this new series face to same fate as the previous one?
