This fly-inspired 360-degree 3D Camera prototype is pretty nerdy looking, however, it works exactly like a fly’s eye. The camera can see the world in 360 degree and you will never find the blank spot when it’s installed in the ceiling or wall.
There are bunch of mini camera connected to the system and it could be used for an All-direction teleconferencing or for easier film making process. No idea where the creator is going to implement this prototype but it should be pretty easy to find its own ‘niche’ like a spy camera with disco ball shape or surveillance camera installed on the ceiling.
