With the new platform of Intel Sandy Bridge appears, new type of DDR3 memory has also made their appearance to support this new Sandy Bridge. The latest DDR3 memory introduced by G.Skill is their RipjawsX series that has fully supported Sandy Bridge collection of Core i3, Core i5,and Core i7 CPUs.
G.Skill RipjawsX Series DDR3 memory module will be available in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB with the frequency ranging from 1,333MHz to 2,300MHz. Here is the details of this RipjawsX Series DDR3 Memory:
No idea what’s the timing is but it can get up to 25,000MB/s bandwidth at extreme memory speed of 2,300MHz CL7. Pretty impressive, and to spice it up more G.Skill has included a colorful heatspreaders (red, blue and black), some of the series also bundled with extra cooling fan and all of them are backed with lifetime warranty.
