With the recent no downtime policy set by Google, their Google Apps service has become even more reliable than before. Especially on GMAIL, after this wonderful policy update, now Gmail is about 46 times better than Microsoft Exchange service that have running for quite some time now.
The policy is quite strict for them, where they are stating that any downtime, no matter how small will be counted and applied to the customer’s agreement.
This no-downtime policy will be a great service to support Google Chrome OS netbook, which is their first cloud-based machine that will be soon become of one of their premium offering to the world. No downtime also means that users that rely on their system could really have a peaceful night and ensure users will never experience interference with their works.
Future cloud-computing with Google sounds pretty promising.
