A relatively new company called Nioncom has introduced their MemoryKick Vision Pico Projector that is schedule to release sometime in Quarter 2 of 2011. This pico projector has a generous 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display embedded, as well as a HDD slot for 2.5-inch laptop hard drive that support up to 1TB of storage space.
The image above it obviously a computer rendered result, but the company insist that their product is real and will cost about $500 when launched. The MemoryKick Vision pico proejctor will be running Android 2.2 OS, and you will find 5 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, accelerometer, WiFi connectivity, has both HDMI in/out and USB port, as well as an SD card slot for expanding the overall capacity.
Sadly, there is no details on the pico projector specs yet. Well, let’s wait for its appearance in the next few months. We’ll reported back when more info has been unveiled.
