Sony Officially Released Ericsson XPERIA Play, 50 Games Ready In March 2011

Sony has finally released their XPERIA Play smartphones that is powered by Android OS. It’s also one of the first smartphone to get the certification from PlayStation, and the launch date has been set on March 2011.

On the launch day, Sony PlayStation Phone or Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play is going to get legendary PlayStation title, as well as up to 50 exclusive game titles to rock this new platform!

As for the specification, you may have already know some. To sum it up, Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play is going to be powered by 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM, embedded Adreno GPU with support of 60fps in 3D model, 8GB microSD card, dedicated game pad, two touchpads and more.

This should be the first Playstation certified phone, but won’t be the last. There is an indication that another model will be coming soon.
