As you may have known, Intel Oak trail processor has been designed for portable computer, but it’s only now that the platform find its way into powering up a tablet.

ECS has shown off their tablet in the CeBIT 2011 and it’s one of a promising 7-inch tablet. The specification of this ECS tablet is powered by Intel Atom Z670 Lincroft processor, 1GB DDR2 RAM, internal SSD Storage (with unspecified size), 3-MP rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front facing camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3.5G optional modem and ECS has listed the tablet to be able to run either Windows 7, MeeGo, or Android 3.0 OS.

There is no specific name for this tablet yet. Perhaps we will get the details around April or May when they’ve sent this tablet into mass production stage.
