Recently Samsung has released a flier that could indicate a new WiFi-only model will be produced and it’s going to cost at $399. The flier also stating that Samsung Galaxy Tab WiFi-only model will be shipped on April 4th, while it’s coming with FroYo OS, and other similar specs as the WiFi+3G version.
We are sure that Samsung Galaxy Tab is unable to run Honeycomb unless they are hacked to get more RAM and CPU power. FroYo should be the last OS for this machine and their is no indication that Samsung will update their Galaxy tab (both WiFi+3G and WiFi-only) to higher OS version. Let’s wait and see if the flier could be trusted. If it turn out to be real, I’m sure it will make those who’ve planned to buy a low end netbook at the similar pricing rethink about buying a Galaxy Tab instead.
