Unique stuffs keep coming up to the surface as more designers try to turn their idea into reality. The latest unique stuff (a concept, actually) that we found is quite interesting. It’s a wrist watch that uses magnifier glass to see the details of the time.
This watch concept is called Zoomin. Created by Gennardy Martynov and Emre Cetinkoprulu, this Zoomin watch shows you the hours and minutes using magnifier glass place on two different location to zoom-in the numbers. There is no hands anymore, however. I wouldn’t call it unique if they still incorporated watch tick or hands. Instead, the magnifiers are the hands that will move according to the time.
Apart from the way to read the time, this Zoomin watch is just a common watch with black band strap. However, the designer has thought about getting a yellow version, and a glow in the dark version too.
Let’s hope it can make to the factory for mass production.
