Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Coming With Android 3.1 HoneyComb

Next month will be the debut time of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, which would be one of the strongest rival to Motorola Xoom, iPad 2 and the group. What’s great is that according to the latest news I’ve obtained, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is coming with the latest Android OS version – The Android 3.1 Honeycomb.


The different between Android 3.0 and Android 3.1 is, of course there are lot of them. This includes the refined UI, you can resize the home screen widgets, support more external input devices like keyboards, mouse, controllers, and more improved multitasking features for apps and better WiFi networking.

As for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android tablet itself, the specification remain unchanged. It will still has the dual core 1GHz processor, two camera on the front and rear side, 10.1-inch touchscreen display supporting up to 1280 x 800 pixels, and so on. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet would go on sale starting on this June 8th in US. The starting price $499 for the base model, and another hundreds if you wish to get the 3G + WiFi version.
