Kinect is super fun and you don’t need any controller to play the games. However, the only obstacle for this hardware is that it requires quite a large space or gaming zone before you can actually play with your friends. Its recommended range between player and the sensor is 8-feet. closer or further of it will make the sensor unable to detect your present and hard to detect the motion. More often you’ll need to stand closer to the screen because not everyone have a big screen TV that that would be fun to watch from 8 feet away, especially when we are doing the gaming. To solve this range problem, Nyko has come up with a new accessory for Kinect called Nyko Zoom Kinect Lens.
Yep, it’s pretty simple actually. You can think that Google has some sort of eyes problem (farsighted?) and it need a help of a glasses to look closer. To use this Nyko Zoom is very easy. Just snap it into the lens position of the Kinect and you are good to go. Check out the following video for more details:
This Nyko Zoom Kinect Lens is currently available for $53. If you are interested, you can get it at GamingZap.
