Motorola is trying to be the first in pioneering Google’s next Android OS – the Ice Cream Sandwich in their tablet device again. They’ve done it on the HoneyComb OS, successfully secured their name as the first company to release their tablet on the new ground. Now, they are trying to set another record again with the fourth generation of Android OS.
As what have been reported by The Cool Gadgets and TechFresh, the next gen of Motorola tablet is going to feature NVIDIA Quad-core Kal-El processor, fully support HD display on 10-inch display (with resolution up to 2048 x 1536) on the standard 4:3 aspect ratio. It looks like a promising specs where everyone is heading to.
This new Motorola XOOM with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS is going to roll out in this year with unannounced pricing. I would love to see a thinner Motorola XOOM, like what Samsung has done to their Galaxy Tab 10.1 redesign (from Galaxy Tab 10.1v that is thicker).
