CruxCase has updated their Crux360 keyboard case for Apple iPad 2. Thanks to the iPad 2′s dimension, CruxCase Crux360 keyboard case is now lighter and thinner than the previous version for iPad 1. What’s new with this CruxCase Crux360 for iPad 2 is the inclusion of a feature that could turn the iPad 2 on or off by opening or closing the cover.
Crux360 can be considered as the world’s first clamshell keyboard case ever made for Apple iPad. We are quite a fans of the design, which virtually turning a tablet into a netbook without too much hassle in installing the keyboard case.
The keyboard itself is bluetooth driven. It hook up with the iPad 2 with the Bluetooth wireless technology and will work for hours on each charge. To be exact, the battery can standby for 1000 hours and work for 120 hours per charge. Not too shabby since it won’t such the power out of your iPad 2. It has its own internal rechargeable Lithium-ion Polymer battery.
