Kobo Starts Shipping Vox eBook Reader In US and Canada

Kobo has released their new ebook reader called Vox in the US and Canada after their announcement few weeks ago. This ebook reader is kind of cool, could be acted as one of the Amazon Kindle Fire strong competitor. Kobo Vox has 7-inch FFS display with multi-touch support, coming with 800Mhz processor, 512MB RAM, 8GB storage space and WiFi b/g/n support.

This ebook reader is only weighing in 0.89 pounds, that means you can easily bring it with you anywhere you go. Thanks to the colorful display, you can actually enjoy a lot of electronic books in its glory, no more black-white stale experience anymore.

This Kobo Vox is also expandable as it has come with an SD card slot for expanding the storage size. As for the battery life, Kobo Vox ebook reader has an average 7-hour of operation time. Can’t really blame it as it has a colorful display. Still, Amazon Kindle has the benefit in this factor.

For pricing, Kobo Vox ebook reader is costing $199.99 per unit.
