Want to look like a human from the future with weird equipment on their head? You should check out this Sensics Natalia then!
Sensics Natalia is a new 3D Goggles that is rather “huge” to wear, but can do magic for its user. The magic is the new technology called head tracking, where if you hook it up with your 3D games on your PC or consoles, you can change your viewing perspective by your head movement. According to the PR, Sensics Natalia could track 360-degree movement and allow you to interact with the internal digital interface using your hands through its augmented reality system and camera on the front side of the 3D goggle.
Want to be the cool Tom Cruise in Minority Report? Yes, you can do it now with this Sensics Natalia (but you have to wear a huge device on your head – big downside ).
Aside from being a 3D Goggle, Sensics Natalia is actually a mini computer with adequate power. It has 1.2GHz dual core CPU, 1GB RAM, an SD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth and it is running Google’s latest Android 4.0 OS – the ICS Ice Cream Sandwich.
That means, even it’s not paired with PC or console, Sensics Natalia could be used as a standalone computerized 3D goggles. This is interesting as the sky is the limit for developers to expand their apps.
Sensics Natalia could be run on Battery or AC adapter, and it will be shown off at this year’s CES 2012. Take a look at the video below for more details:
