OCZ releasing two new Agility 3 SSDs which has the SandForce SF-2281 controller and TRIM support. These SSDs are using 2.5-inch form factor, MLC NAND flash memory chip, SATA 6bps interface, and it has a MTBF of 2 million hours.
Just like any other OCZ SSD design, these new Agility 3 SSDs are coming with a black design with green label. Available in both 180GB and 360GB storage capacity, the 180GB model is capable of delivering overall speed of 525MB/s for reading and 500MB/s for writing. Meanwhile, the 360GB model is running slower at 525/495MB/s read/write speed.
You can expect to see these SSDs on the retailers’ shelves in early March for the price of 19,000 yen (180GB) and 36,000 Yen (360GB).
