Matrox Graphics releases a graphic adapter called DualHead2Go Digital SE which will make setting up dual screen easier. This device is also known as the external multi-display adapter, but unlike the one sold in the store, Matrox DualHead2Go Digital SE is capable of hooking up two extra monitors for your PC without purchasing an expensive graphic cards.
This device provides one DisplyPort input and two DVI output for two monitors. According to the specs, DualHead2Go supports up to 3840 x 1200 resolution, and it also supporting HDCP display to view protected contents.
“Matrox is excited to launch DualHead2Go Digital SE, a must-have tool for any professional or business user looking to increase productivity with a multi-display setup” said Caroline Injoyan, Business Development Manager, Matrox Graphics Inc. “DualHead2Go will give them all the desktop space they need to run multiple applications side by side and multitask more efficiently”.
Matrox Graphic DualHead2Go Digital SE external multi-display adapter is going to be priced at US$179 (MSRP) and it will be released to the market on June 2012.
