Acer has entered to the Home Server market competition by releasing their first home server dubbed as Acer Aspire easyStore AH340-UA230N that comes with Windows Home Server inside.

In the strict competition with HP MediaSmart, Acer empowered their first Windows Home Server with Intel Atom 230 processor, with up to 2GB DDR2 RAM and 1TB of HDD installed in the 3.5-inch hot swappable bay.

The beauty of Acer Aspire easyStore is the provided three hot swappable bays enable you to expand the storage to enormous amount of 7TB with DLNA 1.5 certification supports.

Acer Aspire easyStore AH340-UA230N is retailing for only $400 (with 1TB hard drive).
