Edifier has used the old school tick tock bluetooth alarm clock design as their new bluetooth alarm clock design which has been coded as MF 240BT. Although it looks like the old school clock, this bluetooth alarm clock is very advanced in technology and feature. It has a big rounded LCD display to show you the time, has front-firing speaker, omni-directional tweeters, FM radio, alarm input selection bluetooth connectivity to your iPhone or other bluetooth-enabled gadget and 3.5mm input jack if you want to hook it up with other audio gadget without bluetooth.

You really can’t hope for more out of an alarm clock, but Edifier MF 240BT gives you more than you need for just an alarm. I wouldn’t complain much If I could get this as Christmas gift as it’s an excellent alarm to wake my sleep head up.

Edifier M3-Plus is the latest speaker system introduced by Edifier at the CES 2010. The M3-Plus is also known as the traveler sound system, and it has a unique 2-inch Neodymium-iron Boron Magnet assembly subwoofer house inside an aluminum tube. The tube itself has many color selection such as green, pink, blue, to name a few. The speaker itself is ball-shaped. Or we usually call it Orb speakers. Edifier M3-Plus can be connected to most of audio gadgets that come supplied with 3.5mm jack. If you are interested with this speaker, very soon you will be able to get it for about $100.

Edifier, a popular audio entertainment equipment manufacturer in my country has made their product available in North America. Mainly their latest iF500 iPod Dock entertainment system that looks quiet unique because it resemble an Alien head or similar to an oval dome.

You might want to guess what’s inside that Alien head. The description in the product page says the oval dome houses five speakers and one 5.75-inch subwoofer. Each speaker capable of producing 10-watts of power, while the subwoofer can boost to 32-Watts of power. The 5 speakers inside the dome is made with vibration and resonance control, and Edifier iF500 also has digital FM Tuner. Edifier iF500 is compatible with all iPods and iPhones, also compatible with most of portable audio players as long as they have a headphone jacks.

Price tag of Edifier iF500 iPod Dock is $249. Not so expensive if you want to compare it with Sony NAS-Z200iR iPod Dock.
