ASUS has announced another new Eee PC netbook for the market known as Sirocco 1015PW. This Eee PC Sirocco 1015PW netbook has an interesing design with textured paint job. As for the specification, ASUS Eee PC Sirocco 1015PW netbook is coming with Intel Atom N550 1.5GHz dual core processor, 1GB DDR3 RAM, 320GB HDD, 10.1-inch screen size, WiFi And Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity.

There are no details yet on pricing or availability of ASUS Eee PC Sirocco 1015PW netbook.

ASUS Eee PC T91MT is one of the top 100 popular tablet device across several online merchants. It has got 4 stars rating at Amazon and it’s also one of the tablet PC that has been equipped with a swivel LED-backlit screen.

The looks and feels is pretty promising, however, some expert said it’s not strong enough to get the jobs done. So why did the tablet device is popular amount the tablet users? Perhaps the following Pros and Cons might help us find out the reasons of its popularity:

The Pros – Benefits of ASUS Eee PC T91MT Tablet PC:

This tablet is using SSD media storage = works quietly in cool condition and has a stronger physical resistant
It’s only 2.12 pounds only – considered as a lightweight tablet with convertible screen
Has included ASUS Super Hybrid Engine for overclocking and underclocking controller
Has included a stylus pen and support handwriting recognization
Very portable thanks to the slim and lightweight design

The screen size is small – 8.9-inch only!

It also has a crappy old and slow performing Intel GMA integrated graphic card
1 GB DDR2 SODIMM memory, Max Capacity up to 2 GB only
Users claimed that it’s hard to find the compatible 2GB DDR2 SODIMM memory for this netbook
The battery is built-in, you cannot replace the battery if it’s broken/dropped.
The keyboard is too compact – Not suitable for the fat fingers

It seems the thing that motivated people to buy this tablet PC is on the mobility factor. It’s only 2.12 pounds, and you can even easily turn it into a netbook/tablet thanks to the swivel convertible screen design. A 32GB SSD is also convenient for faster data reading/transfer, and it opt to a stronger shock resistant when comparing to the usual HDD.

However, this ASUS eee PC T91MT Tablet PC is considered as a slow performance tablet according to ComputerShopper.com, while CNET said it has a nice battery life.

The overall specification is not really unique, it has the common specs where most netbook has. It has 1GB of RAM, 250GB or HDD (with extra 500GB cloud-based storage), Intel GMA 3150 graphic, webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, 10/100 LAN, chiclet keyboard and 6-cell battery with up to 11 hours of continuous operation. For display option, ASUS Seashell Eee PC 1005PR Netbook is equipped with 10.1-inch 720p display where it capable of playing smooth HD video.

ASUS Eee PC 1001PX Netbook Readies for Pre-Order

For the Eee PC lovers, ASUS is releasing their new Pine Trail based Eee PC 1001PX netbook and it is now available for pre-order. This new series is boasting 10.1-inch display (1024×600), 1.66Ghz Atom N450 processor, Intel GMA 3150 integrated GPU, 1GB or RAM, 160GB of HDD, 0.3 megapixel camera, Ethernet, WiFi, card reader and one 3-cell battery for 5 hours continuous works. You can also opt for the 6-cell battery, where you can get up to 9 hours of continuous operation.

This 1kg ASUS Eee PC 1001PX netbook will be shipped in two models, one with Windows XP for €241 ($326), or the ASUS Eee PC 1001PX netbook running with Windows 7 is carrying the price tag of €300 ($406). The shipping date is expected to be on April 15th for those who have pre-ordered.

ASUS Eee PC T101MT is going to launch next month with pricing at 499 Euro. Though there is no detail yet on when is the exact launching date.

ASUS Eee PC T101MT Multitouch Convertible Netbook is Pine trail-baded portable netbook, using Intel 1.66GHz Atom N450 CPU, has 2GB RAM, integrated graphic chipset GMA 3150 from Intel, multi-gesture touchpad and it has 10.1-inch touchscreen display. As for storage capacity, ASUS Eee PC T101MT Multitouch convertible netbook has 320GB + Free 500GB web storage.

ASUS Eee PC T101MT Netbook is 1.3Kg only, but it has almost all features you need for mobile computing. ASUS’ Three New Eee PCs with Aluminum Chassis Leaked

ASUS Eee PC 1015P, 1016P and 1018P netbook has been leaked to the public where it’s actually intended to be shown off at the CeBIT next week in Germany. The leaked has fully revealed the three Eee PCs as a 10.1-inch netbook with the 1018P model having the thinnest body design at 0.7-inch or 18mm only.

ASUS Eee PC 1018P model is also the first netbook to come with USB 3.0 support, and despite its small form it has a large touchpad, chicklet keyboard and a fingerprint reader for advanced security. On the battery performance segment, ASUS Eee PC 1018P is said to be about 10 hours under a normal computing situation.

Meanwhile, Eee PC 1016P which the image is not yet available is made for business people, and it’s also aluminum covered. Scoring for the long hour of battery at 14-hour, this Eee PC 1016P is promisingly designed for the workaholics who care about styling.

Lastly, ASUS Eee PC 1015P model is pretty similar to 1005P, made of aluminum, has a long battery life, and the trackpad is larger. According to Electronista, Those three models would be coming with Intel Atom Dual Core CPU at the speed of 1.66Ghz.

ASUS Eee PC T101MT Multitouch Convertible 10.1-inch Netbook [Video Demo]

ASUS has uploaded a demonstration movie of their latest ‘coming soon’ Eee PC T101MT Multitouch Convertible 10.1-inch netbook to Youtube to demonstrate the netbook interface. There is an info about ASUS Eee PC T101MT netbook that refuse to show up, however, with this video being uploaded to the video sharing site, it is certainly the netbook is on its way to the market. From the video, it seems there was no demonstration on the multitouch capability although ASUS Eee PC T101MT has it. Perhaps ASUS is trying to tease us and probably they will upload another video demoing the multitouch gestures. Will update you when more info has become available.

ASUS Eee PC 1101HA-WP

The intention of ASUS for their Eee PC 1101HA is to release together with Windows Vista OS and minimum specification that could hardly survive the strive competition. But thanks to the Windows 7 debut, ASUS has refreshed the model by increasing the specs and dubbed it as 1101HA-WP. The model is now comes with Intel Atom Z520 CPU, GMA 500 graphic chipset, 2GB of RAM, 250GB hard drive and Windows 7 Home Premium OS.

However, due to the increased specs, the original battery that could operate for 11 hours has been decreased to 8 hours only. ASIS Eee PC 1101HA-WP will be available in Japan on late November in black or white for an equivalent price of $610.

The first ASUS Ultra-portable table PC is now available along with the pricing. It’s the ASUS Eee PC T91 mini tablet that features 8.9-inch full touchscreen LED backlight LCD, Powered by Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 32GB SSD and Windows XP Home Edition.

Other notable features on ASUS Eee PC T91 Netbook Tablet such as the built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet, Webcam, 3G and GPS connectivity also available. The price is set on £360 ($524) in US and £420 ($610) in the UK.

ASUS Eee Keyboard – which has been revealed in CES 2009 is one of the coolest “netbook” I’ve ever seen.

Yes, it might different from a netbook, but it was packed with netbook specs and fully support the HDTV connection or any other display gadgets through the Wireless HDMI or Bluetooth 2.0 technology.

ASUS Eee keyboard is powered by Intel’s Atom 1.6Ghz microprocessor, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, and 16GB or 32GB SSD for storing data. it comes with XP instead of Vista. ASUS Eee Keyboard also have a cool built-in 5-inch touchscreen display which allows you to control the PC without any external display devices.

Asus’ new take on the all-in-one features Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n along with wireless HDMI and Bluetooth 2.0 meaning that short of a power cord, users can connect wirelessly to any and all required peripherals including a high definition display or HDTV.

The keyboard is pretty slim and flat just like Apple’s Macbook Air. The availability of ASUS Eee Keyboard will be around the next 3-6 months.

ASUS once again launching their Eee PC with more color choices in respond to the increasing demands in the market. It’s very clever to provides several color selection since user will have more selection for their shopping and ASUS might be able to push their sales volume to a significant level.

There are couple of new color choice, the Cherry Red and Purple with some artistic watermark.

New Color for ASUS Eee PC

Same as the previous Eee PC from ASUS, there is no improvement in the specification other than the extra color eyes-candy. Atom CPU, 12GB SSD, 9 inch LCD, 1GB RAM and a Windows XP.
