ASUS Eee Box Nettop, which is popular of its mini size where we can easily find place to store and space saving, is getting another new update directly from the manufacturer. ASUS introduced the latest Eee Box called EB1007, a PC system coming with 1.66Ghz Intel Atom D410 Pine Trail Processor, 1GB of DDR2 RAm, 160GB of HDD, Wi-Fi b/g/n eSATA port, and SDHC card reader.

You can also find 6 USB 2.0 ports separated evenly on the front and rear, and this 2.6 pounds Eee Box EB1007 has include VESA mount kit for direct mounting to the back of monitor or TV, and a set of keyboard and mouse also come along.

I haven’t got any pricing detail yet, but it should be available soon in the online store with the details.

ASUS is going to launch a new Nettop – the EeeBOX B208 this June 2009. It probably intended to be the biggest Acer Aspire Revo nettop, and thanks to competition, we might be able to enjoy a competitive price mark if you plan to buy a nettop for your children / yourself.

ASUS EeeBOX B208 nettop has a quite high specification, especially the graphic card of ATI Radeon HD 4350 256MB, but low in processor power because of Intel’s Atom 330, 1GB RAM and 160GB storage only.

However, ASUS EeeBOX B208 has a good range of other features such as built-in Wi-Fi, card reader, 4 Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Ports, HDMI out, DVI-D port, bluetooth, and one built-in battery with UPS functionality.
