The new toys are X4000 and X5000, the chic looking wireless mouse with touch scroll (X5000) and wheel scroll (X4000). They are designed for both lefties and righties so no discrimination for both user type.

HP X4000 and X5000 are sporting 2.4GHz wireless frequency with 30-foot wireless range, and amazing 30 months battery life for X4000. The only difference in on the scroll that I’ve mentioned just now.

Check out the following teaser movie for both of these wireless mouse. It looks pretty cool like two sporty cars are racing each other thrusting through some balls of light. HP really know how to make their promo video:

Normal guy hot for girls, but guys like us Geek will hot for something like this new HP WiFi Touch Mouse X700. This WiFi mouse is absolutely state of art, unlike the previous model, the curvy design is like the body of a sexy girl, and the black glossy surface is so luxurious like a million dollars sport car.

The latest HP WiFi Touch Mouse X700 is featuring dongle-less connection with your laptop or computer because it will hook up with your system using their built-in WiFi connectivity. As long as the PC or laptop has WiFi module installed, you can safely assure that the mouse will work properly.

This HP WiFi Touch Mouse X700 is also featuring 30 feet wireless range from the WiFi point, and an amazing 9-month battery life per replacement/recharge (if you are using rechargeable battery life Sanyo Eneloop).

Sadly, lefty will not be able to enjoy this mouse as it’s designed for righty users only. The price for this WiFi mouse is $60, available right now at HP.

HP TopShot LaserJet Pro M275 is the first printer that come with a special scanner that could scan objects in three 3D. Up to date, no commercial printer ever had this function yet. However, the term ’3D’ here is not the stuffs you’d found in 3DMax. It’s the 3-dimensional scan result that you can view it as if the object is popping out from the picture.

However, we are not sure whether the 3D effect is viewable on a normal display or not. All I know is that this HP TopShot LaserJet M275 printer is capable of scanning an objects in six different perspectives and merge the images into a 3D picture.

This printer also has the feature to post the picture directly to the web to show it off to the community. Talking about the specification, HP TopShot LaserJet Pro M275 printer can print 4ppm in color, 17ppm in black, has 3.5-inch color touchscreen display and large scan bed above the printer. Despite of the capability of scanning 3D objects, this printer cannot print in 3D.

HP said that this TopShot LaserJet Pro M275 printer is going to available soon with unannounced pricing. But I believe it would be expensive…

All-in-One PCs are not as thick as they used to be because more and more people are growing tired of their bulkiness and how the system will eat up the space. It’s lucky to say that All-in-One PC is not a system that will be eliminated by laptop or tablet because they serves their own functionality for home user. The latest leak that indicate a new all-in-one PC is coming out from the sleeve of HP, the big company that produces a lot of quality IT products. The leak show us how the all-in-on PC has grown thinner, and it’s much more space friendly than ever.

As the matter of the leak, it has given out some of the details and features. This So called HP TouchSmart 520 will come with an unique frame that allow easy screen pivoting from the base, HD screen, better Beats audio processing, and it’s likely to come with a touchscreen display.

Aside from that, there is no more details other than the following extra image:

From this image, I can roughly state some of the features, including ethernet LAN port, Built-in TV tuner, USB ports, slot-loading DVD drive, and card reader.

We should be able to see some of the promotional video soon enough because the company has the habit to release them sooner before official release.

HP has released an unique wireless mobile mouse that was claimed to be the first Wi-Fi enabled wireless mouse. Yep, you are right. It’s the WIFI mouse. HP WiFi Mouse will be able to hook up with your Windows 7 laptop through the usual WiFi connectivity. That’s mean you don’t have to allocate special USB port for the mouse dongle because there is no dongle at all. It’s just like the usual Bluetooth mouse, but the different is that HP WiFi mouse is hopefully won’t disturb with the wireless connectivity like bluetooth model do.

According to the claims, HP also stated that the wifi mouse has an average 9-months battery life, which is pretty cool. The range itself is up to 30 feet, which is similar with bluetooth mice. Other function also include 1200 to 1600dpi resolution switching, up to 5-customizable buttons, four-way tilt scroll wheel and it’s going to hit the store around June for $49.99.

Watch the following video for more details about this new HP WiFi Mouse:

When HP unleashed their TouchPad tablet last month, they haven’t told us what is the exact pricing and release date yet. Recently, a rumor has stated that HP TouchPad is going to be officially shipped in April, carrying pricing that cheaper than Motorola Xoom at $800. Well, at least we are hoping so since not all geeks could afford a 800 bucks Honeycomb tablet.

It’s seriously a rumor that you can hope so much from it. It’s been expected that we can see the actual product in stores around the Summer, but we can’t give you the exact date yet.

HP TouchPad tablet will be powered by a dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2GHz processor, not the fastest but could do jobs smoothly, 512MB RAM and 9.7 inch capacitive multitouch display supporting 1024x768p resolution.

HP TouchPad also support Adobe Flash 10.1, and this tablet have supported wide range of movie and music formats, including AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, DRM-Free MP3, AMR, QCELP, WAV, MPEG-4, H.263 and H.264.

Just like their previous Pre3 and Veer smartphones, HP TouchPad has obtained the same TouchStone technology that make sharing files or information easy by touching two webOS devices together.

Other important features of HP TouchPad tablet also include WiFi-b/g/n, bluetooth 2.1+EDR connection, as well as a large 6300mAh battery that suppose to be able to work continuously for 8-10 hours, although there is still no words from HP for the battery life estimation yet.

This HP TouchPad should go on sale in Summer, but there is no pricing details for this webOS 3.0 tablet yet. Now, there are two things to hunt. One is the battery life and the other one is the pricing. If the 6300mAh battery can at least provides about 10 to 15 hours of operation time with a reasonable pricing, iPad will get a tough competitor.

HP has announced three new devices today that includes two smartphones and one tablet powered by their webOS system. The first one is this HP Pre3, which is the third version of Palm Pre smartphone. This HP Pre3 is featuring a larger touchscreen area at 3.58-inch (multitouch) supporting resolution at 480 x 800 pixels, powered by 1.4GHz Qualcomm MSM8x55 processor, 512MB RAM, 16/32GB storage and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. You can consider this HP Pre3 as the fastest smartphone for the moment.

This Pre3 has come with HP’s new Touchstone technology, a technology that let you transfer files and information by touching any supporting webOS devices together.

Read the following PR for more details:

HP Redesigns the TouchSmart PC Experience

PALO ALTO, Calif. — HP today unveiled its first touchscreen desktop PCs to feature a 60-degree reclining display, enabling users to adjust the display’s position for a comfortable user experience.

With a sleek, clean appearance, the new HP TouchSmart610 Consumer PC and HP TouchSmart 9300 Elite Business PC recline from upright to almost flat, providing consumers and business users increased comfort for longer-term use and making it easier for businesses to engage customers.

“As a leader in touch computing, HP has made each iteration of the TouchSmart PC more intuitive, resourceful and fun for users,” said James Mouton, senior vice president, Desktop Organization, Personal Systems Group, HP. “The latest generation is no exception with a new design that makes it easier and more comfortable to use, and it allows businesses to integrate the TouchSmart where convenience, space constraints and appearance matter.”

Ergonomic design enables users to do more and share more

From creating art projects, to playing games, to enabling natural front-desk interaction where eye contact is important, the new HP TouchSmart PCs offer consumers and businesses increased range of motion, superior viewing and an intuitive touch experience.

Both the TouchSmart610 Consumer PC and TouchSmart 9300 Elite Business PC feature a 23-inch diagonal high-definition (HD) display that reclines up to 60 degrees and tilts forward up to five degrees.

The wide-angle, LED backlit LCD screen provides optimal viewing angles, even when reclined, while advanced multitouch technology allows for an accurate response.

The TouchSmart PCs’ simple one-cord setup and slim, all-in-one design save space and allow them to fit into any room or business environment. For a clean and uncluttered appearance, control features are conveniently located to the right and left sides of the display.

Intuitive software, Beats Audio for immersive, personalized entertainment

With its refined industrial design and the latest version of HP TouchSmart software, the TouchSmart610 consumer PC makes it easier and more comfortable than ever to surf the web, edit photos or access social networks.

In addition to touch-optimized applications from Hulu, Netflix, Rhapsody® and Twitter, as well as HP’s exclusive RecipeBox and webcam applications, users can add new applications via the TouchSmart Apps Center. The TouchSmart610 also features Beats Audio™. A high-performance technology developed by HP and Beats by Dr. Dre™, Beats Audio allows listeners to hear music the way the artist intended it – just as it sounds in the studio.

For the gaming enthusiast, select models of the TouchSmart610 are available with Ubisoft®’s real-time strategy game, R.U.S.E.™ – a $49.99 value. Users will enjoy using multitouch navigation to deceive and manipulate enemies as they lead their nation to victory.

The TouchSmart610 also features the new HP LinkUp application, which allows users to wirelessly link a notebook PC to the TouchSmart using a home network. Accessing and viewing applications, files and content from a notebook on the TouchSmart’s large HD screen creates a more comfortable and productive experience. Changes are saved directly to the notebook so there are no file transfer hassles.

Innovative touchscreen PC technology for businesses

Ideal for customer-facing environments in hospitality, retail and healthcare, the HP TouchSmart 9300 Elite Business PC combines HP’s powerful touchscreen technology with essential business benefits. Businesses can configure the TouchSmart 9300 to meet a variety of workplace preferences, including desk or counter positioning, wall mount or kiosk placement.

The TouchSmart 9300 delivers superb computing performance with second-generation Intel® Core™ processors and a choice of Windows® 7 operating systems. It also offers up to 16 gigabytes (GB) of memory and an optional 160 GB solid-state drive to enhance productivity and interaction with touchscreen applications. In addition, employees can log in using the HP TouchSmart Elite 9300 Business PC’s high-resolution, adjustable webcam with facial recognition software for enhanced security.

The HP Interactive Solutions Partner Program for independent software vendors (ISVs) delivers touch-based customer solutions to businesses. Tikatok, a division of Barnes & Noble, has piloted several interactive kiosks as part of Barnes & Noble’s new Educational Toys & Games department. The kiosk, designed as a life-size book, features an interactive demo of Tikatok’s proprietary online application. The demo is hosted on HP TouchSmart PCs and allows children to try out the book creation module or read books that other children have created at Tikatok.com.

Chico’s FAS, which offers women’s clothing and accessories through Chico’s, White House|Black Market and Soma Intimates stores, has rolled out HP Business TouchSmart PCs in almost 1,100 stores. The PCs provide one-touch application access, enhanced employee training sessions with full-motion video and a technology platform for management packages.

Pricing and availability

The HP TouchSmart610 Consumer PC is expected to be available on Feb. 9 in the United States at a starting price of $899.99. The HP TouchSmart 9300 Business PC is expected to be available in May in the United States; pricing will be provided closer to availability.

Additional information is available at www.hp.com/personal.

24/7 service and support

HP PCs are backed by HP Total Care, the company’s award-winning service, solutions and support, both in and out of warranty. With HP Total Care, consumers can reach support agents 24/7 by phone or online support options like the HP consumer support forum, which features mobile functionality that allows visitors to browse content and post questions or comments from any mobile device, no download required.

HP PCs also come with built-in support through the HP Support Assistant, a simple software application that allows PCs to run smoothly right from the start. The software maintains PC performance and resolves problems with automated updates and tune-ups, onboard diagnostics and guided assistance.
