SteelSeries has just unveiled a new bluetooth gamepad that is not only sexy looking, it also pretty slim that you can slip it into your pocket.

They called it SteelSeries ION, a slim gamepad that measuring at just 108mm x 55.5mm x 18mm. This bluetooth gamepad is not only works on smartphones and tablets, but it also usable on PC games. As you can see from the picture, there are a D-Pad, 2 rumbles, 2 triggers, 4 buttons layout that you can remap the keys to different in-game functions.

SteelSeries ION game controller is working great for 20 hours per charge, but no idea how long it would take to fully recharge the controller. It might be a great controller if it’s only requiring 1 to 2 hours to fully recharge.

No idea what is the pricing yet because SteelSeries haven’t announced the details. But you can expect to get this controller around the Q3 of 2012. It’s a long wait…

iPhone has an addons accessory that will help you typing on iPhone easier. A full-sized QWERTY keyboard has been made exclusively for iPhone, and it has been dubbed as iType, a device that somehow will turn your iPhone into a laptop-like with iPhone docking station.

This Full-size QWERTY keyboard for iPhone is still a prototype, and ION, the creator of this prototype said that there are currently two prototype has been made for iPhone. One of them has MacBook-style keys while the other uses PC keyboard standard style. No idea when we can get one yet.

The popularity of NVIDIA Ion has pushed HP to act upon it and jumping onto the bandwagon by announcing their new HP Mini 311 can Compaq Mini 311c netbooks. These netbooks will get a full support of NVIDIA Ion, turning them to be not just a mere Netbook anymore.

HP Mini 311 and Compaq Mini 311c netbooks share a similar specification, while they looks different in design perspective. They are powered by Intel Atom N270 processor at 1.6Ghz speed, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 11.6-inch LED LCD display, webcam, 5-in-1 card reader, WLAN, 3x USB ports, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth, HDMI, VGA port, and running under Windows XP OS.

The most interesting feature is you can actually play HD 1080p content with this little guy. And the netbook has the HDMI output which is rare for most of netbook selling on the market powered by XP OS. This, of course will be able to support Windows 7 when it release on October 22th.

HP Mini 311 will be available in September 23rd, and on October 18th HP would start shipping out Mini 311 with Windows 7 Premium for $475 USD.

Point-of-View has stepped into the ION technology with their latest Mobii Netbook. This Dutch company is planning to accompany their Mobii ION 230 with Intel Atom 230 processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB hard drive and the best of all – the NVIDIA ION GPU for this 10.2-inch LED-backlight LCD netbook.

The netbook is basic bright color driven (like Red or Green), has most of the features of other netbook have. Such as the 1.3MP webcam, Card reader, USB Ports, Bluetooth, WiFi, and the 6-cell battery for 4-hours continuous operation.

Engadget folks expected the price around the €349 ($495) mark and availability within the next few weeks.
