If you’ve ever wonder what’s inside the iPod Touch 4th Generation, iFixit is going to show us the details. Like usual, they’ve just grabbed the new gadget – iPod Touch 4th Generation and tear it down artistically.

According to the crew at iFixit, the iPod Touch 4th Gen is practically lighter and thinner, has come with durable metal back panel and cheaper pricing. However, The the lack of iPod TOuch 4th Generation is the 256MB RAM which is the half size of iPhone 4, no vibration mode and no GPS option.

The Apple special event has also unveiled the new iPod Shuffle that has the mix design of the predecessors – 1G and 2G. The iPod Shuffle is now getting back the buttons that existed in 1st Generation, and Apple is mixing the 2nd Gen of iPod Shuffle – VoiceOver technology where it gave users the possibility to find and enjoy their music without ever looking at their iPod shuffle.

The new iPod Shuffle also featured Genius Mixes, which is a feature that will automatically creates mixes from songs in the user’s music library and let us rediscover music that we have, but seldom listen to lately.

As for the physical changes, the new iPod Shuffle featuring the clip-on clip similar to its predecessor and the new iPod Nano, 50% lighter design, up to 50% more battery at 15 hours of audio playback and it can be fully-recharged under 3 hours. The iPod Shuffle will be available in 2GB size for $49, and in 5-cheerful color series including silver, blue, green, orange and pink.

As for the VoiceOver technology, there is a special button on the top of the iPod Shuffle. The technology can speak in 25 different languages, let you know what’s song is playing right now, and it can even alert you when the battery is running out.

Audio Technica has released an iPod Amplifier coded as AT-PHA30i to improve your iPod sound quality to a certain degree. The device can boost the default iPod’s output power to 20mW (or 32Ohm) and enhanced the frequency response of 20Hz-20,000Hz and improving signal ratio to 95dB.

Audio Technica AT-PHA30i iPod Amplifier will be hit the store starting on 18th December 2009, and the amplifier will compatible with most of iPod series such as iPod Nano, iPod Touch 2G and iPod Classic (not for iPod Shuffle, though).

There is a new rumor floating around the web recently about the next generation of iPod – the generation 5 will comes with an integrated mini camera at the rear face. I’m not sure it’s true or not, but potentially it’s something achievable if Apple has such an intention.

It looks just like the current 4G physic design, no change at all other than the added camera at rear side. According to the source, the new line of iPod new generation will be launched in this September and with video recording feature attached. Pretty inviting and promising for iPod lover.

TEAC, one of Japanese computer peripheral manufacturer has pushed a new line of iPod docking station coded TD-X300i.

TEAC TD-X300i is simply a cool iPod dock station because of the compact and straight-forward design. It will support up to the latest 4th generation of iPod, so you don’t have to worry about its compatibility.

TEAC TD X300i is reported to be able to read CD-R/RW, MP3 audio files and it have a built-in radio tuner. It also have a good audio system with maximum output power of 5Wx2 + 15W subwoofer with NXT technology.

This cool portable speaker is as good as the given name. You can directly guess it out that this speaker is small size (pocket), and foldable. The foldable feature might be a little bit confusing, so let’s us the picture to explain everything:

Back to the future? No, It’s back to the past! iPod Nano get another redesign and it’s the 4th time already. In this time, iPod design has going back to the first generation of the Long, slim, and sleek. But not it have a larger capacity of 8 and 16GB, compared with the previous 2 and 4GB.

iPod Nano 4G is still a flash-based player but with a better aluminum chassis and scratch resistant glass. It also get a 90 degree rotatable screen similar to iPhone technology.

The most notable change on this 4th generation is the 9 colors selection and the searchable function on songs under the same album or artist name using the playback screen. Last but not least, iPod Nano 4G also get the Shakeable feature like Sansa to shuffle and random picking songs inside your iPod.

If you are a big fan of Street Fighters, the Never-ending streeting fighting soul-less characters are now once again imprinted their faces on iPod Street Fighter Edition.

Three characters only, from Ryu, Chun-li and Saga. To bad they don’t have the Guile one. It’s my favorite character in the game.
