Another LED Monitor has popped out to the market tagging the HANNSG brand. This LED Monitor is known as HL245, which is a 23.6-inch LED monitor that featuring impressive 15,000,000:1 DCR (Dynamic Contrast Ratio) with 1000:1 typical contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness level, full HD support 1920 x 1080, has standard 5ms response time and 170/160 degree viewing angle.

As for the connection, HANNSG HL245 LED Monitor is not coming with HDMI port. Instead, HL245 is only coming with VGA and DVI-D (HDCP) connection. HANNSG HL245 23.6-inch LED monitor is going to retail for $218 when hitting the market. It’s not really an expensive LED monitor. Sadly, no news when it will hit the States.

Recently, ASUS has released 4 LED-backlit monitors under the series name of ‘Designo’. This Designo series is obviously a LED-backlit Monitor series that push the appearance to the front, where you will get one sleek and stylish design of monitors with glossy piano black frame and mercury-free design.

ASUS Designo LED-backlit monitor is only 16.5mm thick, brightness level at 250cd/m2, dynamic contrast ratio 10,000,000:1, and they will cost energy up to 35W. For the resolution, however, is depend on the screen size. Basically, there are 4 models unveiled, the 20-inch MS208D/N, 21.5-inch MS228H, 23-inch MS238H and 23.6-inch MS248H.

The 20-inch version has the lowest resolution of all. Where it has a native resolution at 1600 x 900 pixels, 5ms response time, DVI and D-Sub port. While the other three models has already support Full HD at 1920 x 1080, faster response time at 2ms, and they already have HDMI inputs. No pricing detail yet on these four ASUS Designo LED-Backlit Monitors.
