Green House from Japan has introduced a nice and cute little portable speaker that resemble the tasty ice cream bar in three different taste. Enriching my own imagination, it’s available in blueberry, mango, and strawberry. But the truth is none of them have taste at all. It’s just a lively color treatment on the portable speaker for any portable media player with 3.5mm audio jack.

Despite of its small look, do not underestimate these ice cream bars. It’s actually come with a 0.8W speakers with 100Hz to 20,000Hz frequency response, 50dB S/N ratio and 8 om impedance. It also has a built-in rechargeable battery that could last for 2 hours continuous operation with 70 minutes of full charge session.

What’s great on this ice cream bar portable speaker is that you can use it directly without going through any cable for its operation. We have seen quite a lot of spring-shaped speakers in the past, but by far this iHome iHM61 color changing portable speaker is the prettiest of all. Not only it’s cute (because it’s small – palm friendly), this iHome iHM61W has a center that could glow in many colors. The color can be set to change on its own regularly or it can be fixed on certain color of your choice.

Despite of its mini size, this iHome iHM61W is said to be able to deliver a good bass and volume. I can’t believe that without testing one, but since our authority source has stated so, I would like to believe that for a sec.

The color changing mode will let the LED inside the spring to glow in blue, green, red, amber and repeating infinitely. Once you are tired of listening to your song, you can compact the size of the speaker by pushing and shortening the top to its base and lock it down. It should be pretty friendly to your bag or suitcase and it’s nice for traveling.

Gear 4 is going to roll out the bunch of cute angry birds speakers in this August. Featuring three of the Angry Birds characters, including the Red Birds, Black Birds and that damn coward green pig with helmet.

Guys over at Fone Arena are the lucky asses who’ve got their hands dirty with these Angry birds speaker collection earlier than everyone. The speakers looks pretty cool and made with details. Notice that the birds and pig has grown some pimples on their cheeks (on the helmet if it’s the unlucky pig) which is where the speaker drivers installed, and looking to their back you will find a range of dials (for tuning bass and volume), aux In port, on/off button as well as the dc port.

Notice that the pig has a special dock station for iphone 4 or other similar smartphones. As for the Red Bird and Black Bird, they’ll come with a dedicated dock for iPhone/iPad, as well as cute grassy stand for the birds.

These new Angry Birds speakers and docks (the pig) will go on sale in August this year. Price-wise, this portable speaker is going to cost at the range of $49 to $69, depend on which model that you want. More information on this Angry Birds speakers will be published on Gear 4′s Angry birds category. At the moment, it seems Gear 4 haven’t make those page live yet.

This stuff is certainly not cool, it’s more to the side of ‘Funny’ but it is kind of gross, too. I don’t know what has happened to the brain of China Manufacturer, turning TOILET into a speakers for your desktop entertainment is sure sound weird!
