How big a HDTV is enough for you? 46? 55? 60? Well, if those sizes are not big enough to fit your spacious living room, you can opt for this Mitsubishi 840 3D DLP Home Cinema TV when it has been released on next month.

Guess how big this TV is? It’s 92-inch, buddy! Big enough to make your eyes pop out. Of course, if you have a projector like Vivitek Qumi projector that could project screen up to 90-inch, this Cinema TV might have no big impact for you. However, if you are switching from the lousy 21-inch Tube TV to this Mitsubishi 840, get prepare to be surprised by the difference!

Mitsubishi 840 3D DLP home cinema TV is featuring full 1080p HD resolution, can watch 3D movies or content, has a great IST technology (Immersive Sound Technology) that has 16-speaker Dolby Digital 5.1-surround sound system, and great 120Hz sub-frame refresh rate.

I certainly interested with its 16-speaker system and would love to know how is the quality, compared to the dedicated premium 5.1-channel sound system. If it’s standing on the same line, people could just save a lot on buying a separated sound system.

Mitsubishi 840 3D DLP home cinema TV has supported bluetooth for audio streaming, has built-in emitter and four HDMI inputs.

This Mitsubishi 840 3D DLP home cinema TV 92-inch model is going to cost $5,999. Beside 92-inch model, Mitsubishi also rolled out the smaller versions like 73-inch and 82-inch that have been priced at $2,599 and $4,199, respectively.

Short Throw projector has been quite popular recently due to the fact that the projector can project big screen size within a close range. This type of projector has a quite unique shape, especially on the lens that looks like a fish eye – very big with a upward facing focus. Recently, Mitsubishi has released two such kind of short throw projectors, which have been dubbed as WD38U-EST and XD380U-EST.

These innocence looking projectors is coming complete with horde of features to make your investment worth it. Both Mitsubishi WD38U-EST and XD380U-EST short throw projectors have come complete with built-in 10-watt speaker, LAN display, USBA+ B input that lets you do your presentation without a PC, can closed captioning and also 3D-ready.

Now, since there are two models released, the main difference between them is on the resolution. Mitsubishi WD38U-EST is using WXGA resolution, while Mitsubishi XD380U-EST is using XGA resolution. Despite of the difference, what makes them a group of short throw projector are their capability to project up to 70-inch of big screen display within a range less than 23-inch away.

As far as pricing and availability, Mitsubishi haven’t say anything yet. We are sure that these type of projector will be the future hot selling office projector.

It’s a 92-inch large DLP TV, which is larger than any Samsung, LG or Sony HDTV That you can find in the market. Pluse, this 92-inch Home Cinema TV has supported full HD 1080p video format and it can display them in 3D format. Cool.

Want more? This DLP TV has 4 HDMI inputs that you jack in most of your gadgets like PS3, Blu-Ray, Laptop and entertainment system all at once. Even better, Mitsubishi 92-inch 3D Home Cinema TV has bluetooth connection that capable of streaming audio between bluetooth supported devices with the TV.

This DLT TV is expected to be priced at $6000. Kinda pricey for commoner, but not for the enthusiast that want bigger and bigger!

I know this sounds crazy, but that’s what Mitsubishi want their customers to enjoy. If you have heard about and come into loving (or even just want to know more) about Mitsubishi’s latest vehicle called Outlander Sport, you are lucky! Starting on this November 1st, you will be able to test this car just by sitting at your comfy coach inside your home sweet home. Oh, you’ve got to believe me because this is the new experience of car test-driving offered by Mitsubishi!

Through the collaboration between Mitsubishi, Advertising agency 180LA and a team of robotics experts (as well as software developers experts), they’ve brought us the new system where you can test drive the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport car right through your laptop/desktop window panel. All you have to do is visiting their website at OutlanderSport.com between (November 1st to November 10th) and you will be served with flash apps that let you run the car in real-time on the course of Southern California.

Each Driver will be given a certain amount of time frame (let’s say one and a half minute) to test the car in full control within the defined boundaries of the driving course. Which means you can drive it freely like driving your own car, test the suspension, performance, turning degree, or even you can just try to crash it.

Well, as far as crashing the car, you won’t be able to do it for sure. This problem has been seen as a challenge by the team, so Mitsubishi and their teams has designed a sophisticated GPS system in the car to tracks the car’s movement on the course. When the system detected that user are intending to drive out of the course for their ‘unholy’ mission, the system will automatically takes control of the Outlander Sport and drive it back to the course. I’m not sure if the user in question will be banned and continue to the next queue or not, but you can just try it (but it’s not recommended) if you wish when the online test drive has been live on November 1th.

Of course, this Online Mitsubishi Outlander Sport car test drive is not just an event to let you test drive car in a free-mode. Consumers will be invited to collect “features” during their test drive on the course. There are large painted icons on the course that represent various kind of features on Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Users will be asked to drive over the icons to collect the features. Well, it’s kind of playing sport games with checkpoint or certain mission to accomplish.

In essence, Mitsubishi and their team will make sure you’ll enjoy the test drive directly via your laptop. Their aim is to change the way for people to shop for a car, without the need for consumers to visit a car dealer for experiencing the car. It’s really a revolutionary idea for car test-driving that manufacturer should adopt in the future. Consumers will be easily pre-sold and it’s far better than any other marketing campaign that only do the talk.

I believe that this test drive even will be a super-crowded with miles of queue. So, we invite you to register yourself on OutlanderSport.com so you can get your early driving experience within the time frame of November 1st to November 10th, 2010.

We have told you that Mitsubishi crews has found the way to give the consumer the ‘unlimited size’ of hdtv screen last year using their modular display technology. And yes, Mitsubishi is now trying to fulfill their promises by releasing their first expandable display to the mass!

No idea how much it would cost, but the step has been taken by Mitsubishi to invade the market. Obviously, the one who would like to use this type of modular OLED display is the advertisement companies, or those rich jerks that love to launch a party with big display on the pool side.

About the Diamond Vision OLED display, it’s a modular display consist of small modules, where each module can display 128×128 pixels resolution with the dimension of 234mm x 234mm.

The small module enable users to add up as many as module as they like to achieve the biggest screen of their capability.
Here is a video showing in the past year that clearly illustrated how this modular display work:

According to TechChee, Mitsubishi Diamond Vision OLED display has a great brightness level at 1,200cd/m2 and it has an impressive contrast ratio (about twice as much as a LED).

expect to get more news on this topic on the launching day on September 21th.

Continuing their ventures in the Display market, Mitsubishi has rolled out a new range of 3D Home Cinema DLP HDTVs. There are 3 models introduced with 4 screen sizes (vary) including 60-inch 65-inch, 73-inch and 82-inch screen sizes. It sure has an unique screen size as I’ve seen none with 73-inch or 82-inch screen. They are also known as the 638-series, 738-series and 838-series, which have a wide range of tasty features for your home entertainment.

Mitsubishi 2010 3D Home Cinema DLP HDTVs are not only 3D-enabled, it can also watch streaming movie via StreamTV Internet Media, and with its Immersive Sound technology it guaranteed to bring the fun to your home.

Other features that come along are including 3D DLP Link, 6-Color Processor, HDMi-PC compatibility and HDMI with CEC technology.

The 738-series has more features compared to 638-series. The series has already sports optional USB WiFi connectivity, Plush 1080p 5G 12-bit Video processor, DeepField Imager, Smooth120, EdgeEnhance, and Advanced Video Calibration. Meanwhile, the 838-Series has all of the features 638 and 738 have, and it also have the extra bluetooth, Subwoofer and 6-Speaker Immerse Sound Technology with output power of 32W. Bunch of jargon there.

It is rare to hear Mitsubishi name echoing in the LCD monitor market, but recently, you can hear their sound again after a long pause since their OLED TV with Unlimited Screen Size (Did we miss something out?). Well, anyway they are reviving again with their new product called RDT232WLM monitor that can consume 35% less power that most 23-inch monitors.

Mitsubishi RDT232WLM features TN panel, ECO mode, support native resolution at 1920 x 1080p, 5ms response time, 250 cd/m2 brightness level, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and it has some ports including D-Sub, DVI, HDMI and output.

Mitsubishi RDT232WLM 23-inch monitor also featuring two built-in 1W speakers to save some space. You will be able to see this monitor in Japan beginning this April 23rd.

Read the title carefully again, Unlimited screen size? Oh, that’s not true isn’t it? Perhaps Mitsubishi is doing a hype-marketing to sell their product, right? Well, that’s not true at all. In fact, this unbelievable ‘Unlimited Screen Size’ is now possible thanks to Mitsubishi researchers who’ve found a way to allow you to have the largest ever screen for either your party or home theater.

In the sample above, that’s the 155-inch screen size made by Mitsubishi for the exhibition. The screen is actually not come in one piece of large OLED display, it’s actually consist of small displays that linked together! Check out the video below for more detail:

So, if you need to expand the screen, you’ll only need to add more of the modular block of display to the existing group in a certain rules. Looks very practical to use and save more money to buy another larger display.

The only downside for this expandable display is the short lifespan. According to Mitsubishi, they estimated the lifespan will be about 20,000 hours only. That’s mean if you are going to get it for home entertainment by considering on the value and efficiency factors, this screen will not fit for your budget. Instead, Diamond Vision OLED TV would be a suitable display for a big event similar to live concerts, stadium, or big scale events.

“LaserVue’s technology is unparalleled; laser beams provide an extensive range of rich, complex colors, along with truly distinct clarity and immersive depth of field. Precise and focused, the purity of laser light far surpasses current high-definition technologies.

LaserVue has demonstrated a reproduction of color gamut in excess of 200 percent of BT.709, delivering two times the color of many of today’s HDTVs. Brightness has been demonstrated at approximately 500 nits. Additional features for LaserVue include Smooth 120Hz(TM), x.v. Color(TM) and 1080p with an Ultra Thin Frame.”

– Source: Mitsubishi Press Release

The Laser TV is only 10 inch thick with up to 65″ large display (Model L65-A90). It can display a true 3D viewing capability which you won’t find it in any other TV sold in the market.

Also, Mitsubishi Laser TV provide a range of cool feature, such as HD-Ready (absolutely!), 4 HDMI ports (more than enough!), etc.

The retail price of this new technology is on a pretty high state right now. The 65″ (Model L65-A90) is going to retail for $6,999.

The second main feature is that the wireless gets rid of the mess of cables completely — plug in your TiVo or another media player to the box, put them in the closet and let the feed take care itself.

While the 1920 x 1080p (full HD resolution) TV is expected to come out in Japan at first, expect to see it in the U.S. by next year.”

In the past, 1 receiver for one TV. Two TV? then you’ll need another receiver box which mean another money to spend.
