According to folks at Gadgetlite, there were some web pages about the upcoming Droid phone leaked by Motorola but now it’s not accessible. The Motorola Droid was believed as the next iPhone 3GS killer because the latest confirmed specs is pretty mind blowing.

You can find 3.7-inch touchscreen on this Motorola Droid, where it has the screen ratio of 16:9 and capable of displaying 480 x 854 pixels resolution. This Android phone is powered by 550MHz processor, pre-installed with 6GB microSD card, running Android 2.0 OS, has got one 5MP camera that carries dual LED flash, autofocus and 4x zoom.

Motorola Droid Phone will allow you to connect to the web via WiFi network, browse map via GPS, connect to your PC via Bluetooth and micro USB port.

No pricing detail yet, but since it’s a match with iPhone, I guess the price won’t hover far.
