This a nice substitution for those who can’t live without an iPad. iNotePad is a paper notepad shaped like an iPad, however, it doesn’t carry the electronic parts in it. You have to manually jot down your thoughts, no apps to play around, and can’t have that touchscreen interface on this Notepad.

Mouse Pad is one of the growing old PC accessory and it seems to get less and less attention when laser mouse started to raid the market. To prevent the mouse pad from dying, lots of creative minds has created a mashup which can double up its value.

If you remember, you may have read the Multifunctional mousepad from yesteryear.

For this year, Mouse pad is getting a refresh again by the idea of adding a ‘Etch a Sketch’ (children doodling utensil) to the surface so you can make quick notes while using your mouse.

There are two options to make a note on the surface. Use your fingertips or use the provided plastic stylus located at the right low corner to make your note. The line that you drew on the surface will stay visible until you erase them. Notice that the Scratch-n-Scroll is the Etch A Sketch drawing board. So this gadget also has its own ‘magic slate’ to erase the drawing/text. Just a simple flip up the semi-transparent top sheet and the notes will disappear.

The Scratch-n-Scroll is selling for $9.49 at Quirky. Definitely not an expensive stuff to get one.

Check out this cool Memo Block. It’s post it note in a form of a well-cut wood block. If you see it from far away, there is no way you will figure it out it’s a post it notes because it’s has a realistic wood pattern.

If you place this Memo Block on your desktop, it will stand 15cm tall like a real wood block. So far Memo block is still circulating in Japan and there is no word when this block of post it notes will come out from the country of rising sun. No word on the pricing either.

I’ve seen quite lot of interesting clock lately, and this Trace of Time probably the best of the best for this month and probably could become the winner if there is a monthly competition for clock design.

Track of Time clock featuring a very simple single hour/minute hand and one note-able glass board so you can write down your important event on each hour(s) with your marker pen. The Clock will auto erase the notes when the hour/minute hand move over them because it has a built-in eraser in it.

It’s pretty innovative design by Il-Gu Cha. Trace of Time clock is kinda of “No Procrastination” Clock because all the events that you jotted down on the clock will be erased no matter if you do it or not.

It could be a trainer to make yourself become more discipline to your time and make everything looks irreversible. If you forgot, then no more chance for you. Unlike our yellow sticky notes that stick on our monitor and dashboard, we can procrastinate like crazy and says “I will finish the job tomorrow!” and repeat chanting spell again tomorrow. But with Trace of Time clock, it’s Now – or never.

Why I said Joke, because it’s very hilarious to see such a HUGE sticky note as your reminder. It’s very true that sometimes we will “skip” the reminder unconsciously because there is too many sticky notes stick at our monitor side. Perhaps this is one of the very best and efficient method to remind us about something “very” important because there is no way people could miss such a jumbo reminder stick on our LCD screen.

But at big time, such a jumbo sticky note is unnecessary. However, it will become a great office gadget if you have a slacker mentality.
