This of course could cut down most of the memory usage and steep requirement on Vista, while giving much more improvement and performance for the VAIO P netbook.

Still, Sony will offers the basic system powered by lower Intel Atom 1.33Ghz or 1.6Ghz, 2GB of RAM, 80GB of HDD or 64GB SSD, GPS built-in and 3g Modem for Verizon’s EVDO network. The lowest specs of the updated Sony VAIO P netbook will cost you $850, with some add up will lift the price to $1000 while the highest specs can boost the price to $1,900. Sony VAIO P updated version will be available in the late November. If you got the money to spend, this VAIO P is a nice ‘Pocketable Netbook’ of the age.
