Pentax has once again making a weird DSLR Camera for their K-r series. We have seen some of them with a great number of colors mixed together. Now in this “Bonnie Pink” edition, it’s has something that is quite noticeable as Pentax has mixed a camouflage style of color pattern to the front face.

I’ve no idea what’s the meaning behind the color mashup, but it’s certainly showing some kind of ‘attitude’ that users can enjoy. But don’t worry if you think it’s ugly because you’d probably never seen it selling elsewhere. It’s made for 100 units only and it’s been priced for $1,100 per unit. Better go find a better alternative if you not a fans of crazy colored Pentax DSLR camera!

Soon to arrive in the Europe, Pentax Optio M90 is just another compact digital camera in the fierce and crowded market that filled with big brands like Canon. Pentax Optio M90 compact digital camera will have the standard 12.1-MP camera sensors, has 5X wide angle digital zoom lens and you can record video at 640 x 480 resolution. No HD functionality mentioned on this camera.

Pentax Optio M90 has a nice 2.7-inch LCD display with 20 scene modes. No touchscreen, I assumed. But it has a great price at $180 only. Pentax Optio M90 compact digital camera will be available in Burgundy and Black and armed with rubberized exterior design. This camera is predicted to hit Europe in mid-June 2010.

Optio WS80 is another cool waterproof digital camera from Pentax and it seems this is the updated version from the last Pentax Optio W80 Digital Camera.

However, in this series Pentax Optio WS80 waterproof digital camera has waterproof at the maximum depth of 5 feet only, unlike Optio W80 that has cool 16 feet maximum depth. In the overall specs, Pentax Optio WS80 also not as high as W80 which make this series looks like an entry level for the Pentax Optio family.

Recently, Pentax has announced their latest Waterproof camera added to their rugged line of camera. They called it Pentax Optio W80 camera, which I consider an excellent piece of super sensitive underwater camera.

Pentax Optio W80 has a good 12.1 MP sensor, waterproof up to 16 feet depths, shockproof up to 3 feet, dustproof and heatproof up to 104 Fahrenheit. When you flip to the rear side, you will see a 2.5-inch LCD screen for navigation (not touchscreen).

Pentax Optio W80 has 5x optical zoom lens, shake reduction feature, 32 faces detection technology, 30 fps for 720p movie recording mode, and has internal memory of 33MB built-in memory. It is now available for pre-order (in Store this July) for $299.95. If you are interested, you can head to Amazon to grab one.
