Check out this prototype R/C car built with eco-minded modder. Called as the Hydrogren Fuelled R/C Kit Car, this toy is going to be a real eco-friendly toy in the future when it has come out of its beta stage thanks to the Hydrogen-Powered technology.

The remote control car was built from a Tamiya car and the chassis was built from a combination between TRF 416 carbon fiber chassis, aluminum and titanium. There is one equipment called HudroSTIks that will carry up to 15Wh of energy and functioning as weight distribution. The Hydrogen fuel is stored into a dual-low pressure canisters consist of solid metal hydride matrix to covered hydrogen into an usable energy.

No pricing available yet since it’s still a prototype, but man, this is another cool Hydrogen-Powered ECO R/C car that even adults will love to get one.

Takara Tomy from Japan has introduced new Remote controlled car that could drive along the wall vertically or ceiling like spider. I guess it’s similar to the previous zero gravity car which has the similar capability. However, this version of R/C car has been improved because beside the air suction system, the car is also equipped with light sensor functionality to allow the car to chase a target.

Aero Spider Laser is a R/C car with a gun-shaped controller, and the ‘laser’ means the controller will project a bright red light beams that tells the car where they should go (chasing target). It’s a new remote controlling method where there is no lever to push/twist, just light the beam to the wall and the toy car shall find the destination with the dual sensor (front and rear) and go for it.

More Detail please watch the following video:

Aero Spider Laser R/C car is going for ¥6,000 (appx. $65 USD) and will be available soon (early November) in Japan.

You could control the car to move forward, lean backward, to left and right. More over, the metal detection system remote control range reaching 25′, so you could let it exploring a pretty large area without having to move around by yourself. Sensitivity level of the r/c metal detector system could also be adjusted to fit several types of terrain.

Nic Case has built a world’s record breaker Remote control car in term of the Fastest RC car in the world. The Red Schumacher Mi3 Remote Control car can speeding up to 161 mph! Wow, that’s sound cool…!

Nic Case use up to 6 months to create this red devil, with total fo $4000 spent for the components. The Remote Control car has 11-horsepower motor, a 12-cell battery pack which usually for airplanes R/C, and Case also handcrafted a carbon-fiber chassis which could generate enough aerodynamic downforce.

But it seems Nic Case is still unsatisfied. He want to break another World’s record because his Ultimate goal is to create one Remote Control Car that can flash-moving at 200mph. Is it possible? Well, only God will know! We’ll wish the very best luck to Case on this challenge!
