Beside Sanyo ICR-PS401RM Xacti Sound Recorder, Sanyo also added another Xacti Sound Recorder that codenamed as ICR-PS515RM.

So what’s special in this new model? Instead of using the same high performance dual microphone technology, this ICR-PS515RM Xacti Sound recorder has 3-WAY X-Y rotation microphone that you can adjust the direction and it has high-quality sound recording with low-frequency compensation.

Notice there is a slider notch at the to side with the two adjustable microphones properly hidden inside the case. The audio recording will be directly converted into WAV or MP3 formats. For playback, Sanyo ICR-PS515RM linear PCM recorder supports WAV, MP3 and WMA files format.

A better specs than the ICR-PS401RM is the built-in memory. Sanyo ICR-PS515RM Xacti Sound Recorder has 8GB internal storage, expandable via microSD/SDHC (up to 16GB) and it only uses single AAA battery to power up the entire recorder.

It was introduced in Japan as ICR-PS401RM, as one of the new audio recorder that has a newly developed high-performance stereo microphone. The microphone is located at the top side of the Sanyo ICR-PS401RM recorder, and guaranteed to pick up voices and turn it into a linear PCM format (up to 48kHz) and MP3 format (up to 320kbps).

Its shape is no different with the other audio recorder, but it do comes with two color choices of white and pink for lady. It has been coming in bundle with a 4GB microSD memory card so you don’t have to buy it separately, which mean you can save for the extra cost.

Sanyo Xacti ICR-PS401RM sound recorder also coming with one LCD display with orange background and vivid black digital characters showing the statuses. Flip has been the best seller camcorder in Amazon, that sits on the throne for more than a year now. However, It seems the comfy seat has been spotted by someone else, and they are trying their best to pull Flip down from the throne with their new camcorder release.

We are talking about Sanyo, which is the guy who want to be the ‘Flip Killer‘ with their new Xacti VPC PD2BK Pocket Camcorder. This camcorder has fully support 1080p video recording at 30fps, which mean you can record clean full HD movies using a device that is above a pocket size and as light as 3.7oz only.

There is no full specs list yet at Ubergizmo, but from the picture, we can tell that Sanyo Xacti VPC PD2BK pocket camcorder is having the 10MP sensor lens, 3x optical zoom, Dual Microphones, Web easy upload to Youtube, Internal memory (size unknown), expandable via SD card and all video will be recorded into H.264 format.

Sanyo XACTI CG102, GH2 and CG20 camcorders, which were first announced in Japan is now confirmed for the US market. The camcorders model CG102 and GH2 are coming wit h1080i 60fps HD video support and 14.4MP still resolution. On the other side, the XACTI CG20 has a lower still resolution at 10.7MP, while the other specs remain the same.

Sanyo XACTI CG102 and GH2 will be priced at $229, while XACTi CG20 is cheaper at $199 only. All of Sanyo XACTI camcorder models will be arriving at US on March 2010.

Nevertheless, you will still be able to grab many moments of aquatic pleasure, and at under £300 it’s incredibly good value. So this may not be the perfect HD video water baby, but at least Sanyo’s Xacti VPC-WH1 won’t mean you have to dig deep to dive deep.
