Getting a spy camera is pretty useful because sometimes it can record a special scenery that might helpful to solve strange case of murder, accident, or other unexpected conditions. But normal spy camera will not do the job because they are pretty obvious and not suitable for use in stealth mode.

Sadly, there is no external camera like the SpyMission have. But it’s equally good because it can record in HD now.

Samsung in Korea has just unveiled a new unique vacuum cleaner robot called VC-RL87W. Just like a  Rovio Robot from WowWee, this new Samsung vacuum cleaner has been equipped with spy camera, including hidden microphone.

Similar with their previous version, this Robot Vacuum cleaner also capable of letting  user to view the video directly, and even let user to talk with the person near the cleaning robot from afar. Smallest video camera has been developed by engineers at Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration worked together with Awaiba GmbH and the Fraunhofer Institue for Applied Optics and Precision Engineering. The video camera is about as small as a grain of salt, or to be exact it’s 1 cubic millimeter only.

Despite of its small size, this smallest video camera has a resolution of 62,500 pixel, and capable of delivering high resolution video of any recording. What’s the best is that this smallest video camera won’t be an expensive camera to produce. According to the developers, this camera could be a perfect fit for medical. One-use disposal is made possible similar like syringe needle. Also, it could be a very potential spy cam for spying people without any obvious attention from the target.

Frauhofer Institute has planned to roll out this smallest video camera into the market next year 2012.
