It’s actually still a concept stage, but pretty awesome because this concept can blast through Far Cry 2 game in “very high” setting with easy. Well, it is notable because not many laptop could do that!

Far Cry 2 with Very High Setting on HP Voodoo Firefly Laptop

It’s all thanks to the high specification (2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo CPU, 4GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive with 7,200 RPM) and the great GPU of two ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3870 GPUs set up in CrossFire mode. Yep, first time hearing a crossfire mode for laptop.

HP Voodoo Firefly also equipped with an abnormal webcam that can do night vision capturing! yes, night vision for a laptop is certain new. But will it become a useful addons, I don’t know. I only know that a 13 pounds laptop would make a killing for a mobile user.

Well, what to do. It seems this series is intended for those who love performance computer in form of a laptop instead of moving it around like a super light netbook.

However, the weight comes in good reason of the good features and screen display. You will get dual screen, yes, a dual screen with the secondary display at the bottom of the primary screen. Primary screen will punched out 1920×1200 px with its 17.1-inch LCD while the secondary is only 4.3-inch at 800×480. Perfect stuff for email checking or chatting, you have no need extra Mimo on your desk.
